Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. Sorry to hear of the issue with our system. I have a couple of quick questions to determine what happened with your filter. What is the TDS reading of the water before it is filtered? What is the TDS reading of the filtered water? Approximately how many gallons of water were you able to filter before you noticed the change?
