Pitcher/Dispenser Getting 0 reading - UMC

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater,

It is likely what you are seeing on the meter is the result of cross contamination, something in the container that is throwing off the reading. Please follow these steps; empty the container and remove the meter from the container and then rinse the container with hot water using no soap. Then make sure to dry the inside of the container out extremely well using a paper towel. Reinstall the meter and fill the container again and the reading should be at 0ppm.

Thank you,
